The reinforcement layer of the ultra-high pressure hydraulic hose is a specially treated wire winding layer, the inner adhesive layer is polyformaldehyde (POM) or polyamide (PA), and the outer adhesive layer is the corresponding polyamide (PA) or polyurethane (PUR). The hose has low fluid resistance, small volume expansion, good chemical corrosion resistance, light weight, small outer diameter, and a single length of up to 1200m. Choice of carbon steel or stainless steel for hose fittings.

Note: There are two types of hose that need stripping and no stripping. The joint is also different, and the groove of the joint sleeve that needs to be stripped of the outer adhesive is not too sharp, otherwise it will damage the reinforcement layer of the hose. Proper clamping of the joint is essential to the proper operation of the hose assembly.

There are many types of joints, and the appropriate joints should be selected, and the sleeve design should be standard and reasonable. Sharp grooves and irregular dimensions can break the wire reinforcement. When clamping the joint, the clamping amount should be determined according to the inner and outer diameter of the hose.
