The pressure resistance and leakage test method of hydraulic hose

Here we will introduce the pressure resistance and leakage test method of hydraulic hose.

1, hydraulic hose pressure test method:

a) The hose assembly shall be subjected to static pressure test at 2 times the maximum working pressure, and the pressure shall be maintained at least 60s.

b) After the pressure test, the hose assembly does not show leakage or other signs of failure, and the test is considered to have passed.

2, hydraulic hose leakage test method:

Tips: The hydraulic hose leakage test is a destructive test, and the hose assembly after the test should be scrapped. Specific tests are carried out as follows.

a) The hose assembly shall be tested within 30 days of assembling the joint. Apply static pressure of 70% of the specified minimum burst pressure and hold pressure for 5 minutes. 5.5 minutes.

b) Decompress to 0MPa.

c) Re-pressurize to 70% of the minimum burst pressure and hold the pressure for 5min? 5.5 minutes.

d) If the hose assembly does not show leakage or other failure phenomena after the leak test, the test is considered to have passed.
