High-pressure oil pipe production process:

The inner layer glue, middle layer glue and outer layer glue are mixed by the mixer according to the formula. The inner tube is extruded by an extruder and coated on a soft or hard core coated with release agent (the liquid nitrogen freezing method can also use no tube core); The calender is pressed into a laminated rubber sheet, and the spacer is added to roll and cut into a specified width according to the technical requirements; The inner tube of the welded pipe core is wrapped with copper plated steel wire or copper plated steel wire rope on the winding machine or braiding machine, and the middle layer of rubber sheet is synchronically wrapped between each two layers of copper plated steel wire or copper plated steel wire rope on the winding machine or braiding machine, and the beginning and end of the winding steel wire are bound (some early winding machines need to prestress the copper plated steel wire); The extruder is again coated with outer rubber, and then wrapped with lead or cloth vulcanization protective layer; Vulcanization by canister or salt bath; Finally, the vulcanized protective layer is removed, the tube core is drawn out, the upper tube joint is pressed, and the sample pressure inspection is carried out.

In short, the manufacture of high-pressure tubing uses more equipment, more types of raw materials, and the production process is complex. However, in recent years, the production process of hydraulic tubing with plastic or thermoplastic elastomer as the main raw material can be appropriately simplified, but the raw material price is high, and it is still dominated by rubber raw materials
