1. Purpose: High pressure hose is an important component of injection molding machine, and its reliability directly affects the evaluation of the stability of the machine. In order to ensure that the high pressure hose can be correctly configured, installed, tested and reasonably stored and replaced in time, the following technical requirements are formulated.

2. Scope of application: injection molding machine high pressure hose.

3. High pressure hose configuration requirements:

3.1 Confirm the suitable pressure: the selection of hose is not allowed to exceed its maximum working pressure, when the maximum working pressure is exceeded, the life will be greatly shortened;

3.2 Confirm the appropriate use temperature: it must be ensured that the temperature of the fluid and the ambient temperature do not exceed the use temperature range of the hose, and when the use temperature is exceeded, the life will be greatly shortened;

3.3 Confirm the compatibility between the fluid and the hose: when selecting the hose, it is necessary to consider the compatibility of the fluid used and the inner layer, outer rubber layer, reinforcement layer and joint of the hose. When the fluid is incompatible with the hose, it will lead to environmental pollution or endanger personal safety;

3.4 Confirm permeability resistance: infiltration may produce high concentration of ignition, explosion, toxic gas, fluid loss, water vapor may penetrate from the outside of the hose into the tube, damage the system or lead to other dangers;

3.5 Confirm the right hose diameter: the hose with the right hose diameter will reduce energy consumption and save costs;

3.6 Clear and reasonable pipeline layout: in order to reduce the problem, it is necessary to arrange the most suitable route, when necessary, increase the pipe clamp to fix, protect and guide the hose, so that it reduces the contact, friction, scratch, erosion due to excessive bending, moving or other activated parts, determine the length and structure of the hose, so that the route is reasonable;

3.7 Clear use environment: it must be ensured that the hose and connector are compatible with the environment, or are effectively protected, environmental conditions including ultraviolet light, heat, ozone, moisture, water, salt water, chemical substances, polluted air, etc., which may cause the hose and connector degradation or early failure;

3.8 Reduce or eliminate additional mechanical load: external force can significantly reduce the service life of the hose, including excessive bending, twisting, stretching, side pressure, bending radius is too small, vibration and other external forces must be considered, the use of steering joint can ensure that the hose does not bear the twisting force, the hose for special purposes requires soft hose first experiment;

3.9 Reduce or reduce wear hazards: the hose itself has certain wear resistance, but where there is strong friction, necessary measures should be taken to protect the hose, otherwise it will cause damage and cut the outer rubber layer of the hose. Exposure of the reinforced layer will significantly accelerate hose failure;

3.10 Confirm the matching of hose joints: it must be ensured that the selected hose and hose joints are matched, and the joints recommended by the manufacturer and feasible by experiment can be selected;

3.11 Confirm the appropriate pipe length: when determining the length of the hose, it is necessary to consider the movement of the components, the change of the hose length under pressure, the tolerance of the hose and the tolerance of the machine connection;

3.12 Clear adaptation specifications and standards: When selecting hose joints, national standards, industry standards and specifications and recommended products provided by manufacturers must be considered;

3.13 Clear hose cleanliness: hose assembly must ensure a certain degree of cleanliness, must ensure that the assembly assembly cleanliness meet the requirements of the application system;

3.14 When welding near the pipeline is prevented or cannot be prevented, appropriate measures should be taken to isolate the pipeline to ensure safety: When welding or arc welding near hydraulic lines, the hydraulic lines should be removed or covered with appropriate refractory materials. Flame or welding slag may burn through the hose and ignite the leaking fluid, resulting in disaster. Parts such as hose joints or transition joints will produce deadly gases when heated to more than 232 ° C.

3.15 Electrical conductivity: the hose is required to have insulation;

3.16 Determine the source of high pressure hose: confirm that the selected high pressure hose is the hose used in the injection molding machine industry;

4. Hose installation specifications:

4.1 The hose layout should avoid the heat source, and the protective screen of the casing layer should be used when it is unavoidable to avoid the deterioration of the hose due to heat;

4.2 Where the hose must be crossed or may have friction with the mechanical surface during work, protective devices such as hose clamps or springs should be used to avoid damage to the outer rubber layer of the hose;

4.3 When the hose must be bent, the bending radius should not be too small, it should be greater than 9 times the outer diameter (specific reference to the minimum radius of curvature), the rubber hose and the joint should have a straight line section greater than twice the outer diameter of the pipe, comprehensive consideration requires that the sleeve and the hose joint within 100mm is not allowed to bend;

4.4 After the assembly of both ends of the hose assembly can not make the hose in a straightening state, it must be somewhat relaxed, because under the action of pressure, the hose length will change, its change range from -4% to 2%;

4.5 The hose should not be twisted during installation, because there is a tendency of twisting under high pressure, which will loosen the nut of the joint and cause the hose to break at the strain point in serious cases;

4.6 Suitable joints should be selected during installation to avoid small bending radius and additional stress on the hose;

4.7 As far as possible, make the bending plane of the hose and the direction of movement in the same plane to avoid distortion, choose the appropriate joint, reasonable use of installation space, avoid the use of redundant hoses;

4.8 At different bending points of the hose, reasonable use of pipe clamps to avoid hose distortion;

4.9 As far as possible, avoid hose direct contact with other objects or away from other objects to reduce friction;

4.10 Do not twist the hose during the installation process, the hose is slightly twisted may reduce its strength or loosen the joint, the joint should be tightened on the hose when assembling, rather than the hose tightened on the joint;
