1, prevent rubber hose distortion

2, installation should have sufficient bending radius

A sufficiently large bending radius (that is, leave a suitable length) can avoid damage to the rubber hose and cause throttle conditions, too small bending radius will seriously reduce the service life of the rubber hose, and cause too little working pressure damage, reduce work efficiency.

3, should be enough space at random length

When the hose assembly is applied to the relative speed of the component, because the hose joint is not deformable parts, the rubber hose must be empty enough random length, otherwise it is very easy to lead to contusion, loss and other offline promotion; When the component is operated to a large or small part, the rubber hose joint cannot withstand deformation.

4, when the hydraulic pipeline is more complicated, the use of suitable elbow pipe and accessories can reduce the use of rubber hose, reduce the curvature and distortion of rubber hose, and prevent the rubber hose from causing additional ground stress.

5, should be left to reduce the capacity

The working pressure will cause the length of the rubber hose to change, and the change range can be larger than -4%~+2%. Therefore, it is necessary to empty the capacity during installation, otherwise long-term application will lead to leakage at the joint and even pull the connector out of the rubber hose.
