First, crimping type hose joint

The crimping type hose joint is suitable for professional and mass production, with the advantages of compact structure, small outer diameter and reliable sealing, and the maximum working pressure can reach 40MPa. The buckle type hose is connected with three types of A, B and C, and the specific specifications are shown in the ministry standards such as JB1885-1977.

Two, movable articulated pipe joint

The articulated pipe joint is used for the connection of the liquid flow direction at right angles. Compared with the ordinary right Angle pipe joint, the advantage is that the pipe direction can be adjusted freely, the installation is convenient, and the space is small. After the articulated pipe joint is installed, whether the two oil pipes at right angles can be relatively swung can be divided into fixed and mobile.

Three, center rotary joint

Some engineering, lifting machinery is often divided into two parts on and off. The vehicle is a rotating platform, which is equipped with an executive element and a control element; Get off the car to fix the chassis, install the hydraulic pump and fuel tank. In order to ensure that the working oil circuit of the on-board actuator is always connected with the oil circuit of the off-board power source when the rotating platform is rotating, the center rotary joint is generally used.

Four, quick joint

Quick change joint is a type of pipe joint that can be quickly installed or removed without the use of any tools. Suitable for hydraulic lines that need to be installed and disassembled frequently. At this time, the combination of the two joint bodies is achieved by pressing 6 to 12 steel balls on the joint body into the V-shaped groove of the joint body. The check valve in the joint body is acted on by the ejector rod at the front end, which respectively recedes and compresses the spring. The channel opens and the liquid can flow from either end to the other.
